As the industry’s largest and longest-running promotional products trade show, PPAI Expo, continues to deliver unmatched access to hundreds of thousands of products from the leading suppliers in the promotional products world. Held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, this massive event attracts thousands of professionals eager to discover what’s next.
This year, the team at Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) created a thoughtfully designed Solutions Center, offering attendees a dedicated space to learn more about the additional services and resources available to members. To enhance the experience, they incorporated NOOK Event Pods® into the space—transforming what could have been unused square footage into a purposeful, high-value environment.
The pods provided a quiet, comfortable setting where attendees could sit, recharge, and have meaningful conversations with the PPAI team. In a show of this size, finding moments of calm can be challenging, and the Solutions Center quickly became a welcome retreat within the busy show floor.
It’s a perfect example of how portable meeting spaces can both activate open areas and provide much-needed seating without complex buildouts.
