Pricing is based on the number of NOOK Event Pods needed, number of days and the city/venue of the event.

Pricing includes rental of the NOOK Event Pods for the program including the day before for delivery and set up, transportation to the loading dock and one of our team members on hand to ensure they arrive on time and are show ready. Once they are unloaded, your GSC will need to physically move them from the dock and into place.

If allowed, Deondo can include the labor in rental pricing.

Each pod requires electricity which is less than 5 amps and can be daisy chained off one drop if placed in a cluster or plugged directly into a wall if placed in lobby space near outlets.

With warehouses in Las Vegas, Orlando, and the Washington, DC area, we provide efficient local transportation in major event markets.

Hosting elsewhere?
NOOK Event Pods can be shipped anywhere in the contiguous United States, with long-haul transportation customized per event.

Each truck accommodates up to six pods for maximum efficiency.

  • Union venue? We coordinate within established labor guidelines.
