Legalweek | Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, New York, NY | March 10–12, 2026
At Legalweek 2026, one of the legal industry’s premier events, the team introduced a forward-thinking approach to exhibit design—one that continues to gain momentum across trade shows of all sizes. By utilizing NOOK Event Pods® as exhibitor booth spaces, they created a turnkey solution that delivered both efficiency and elevated attendee experience.
Positioned along one side of the exhibit hall, a total of 20 NOOK Event Pods® were deployed to form a unique exhibitor zone. This setup provided each participating exhibitor with a defined, semi-private space to meet with prospects—something that traditional open booths often struggle to deliver.
The result was a win across the board:
- Exhibitors had a quiet, comfortable environment for meaningful conversations
- Attendees benefited from more focused, less distracted interactions
- Organizers created a clean, scalable, and easy-to-manage exhibit solution
This type of configuration is quickly emerging as a best-in-class model for events looking to simplify booth builds while increasing the quality of engagement on the show floor. With NOOK Event Pods®, there’s no need for complex construction or teardown—just a seamless, ready-to-use environment that allows exhibitors to focus on what matters most: building relationships.
A special thank you to our partners at Freeman, whose expertise ensured a smooth installation and execution from move-in to move-out at the Javits Center.
Legalweek 2026 demonstrated that the future of exhibit space isn’t just about visibility—it’s about creating environments where real conversations can happen.
