A Variety of Pod Configurations to Elevate the Experience
This event took a creative approach to mobile meeting space design by incorporating multiple pod configurations throughout the venue. Attendees enjoyed:
- Individual NOOK Event Pods® for private conversations, quick breaks, and focused work
- A double-wide pod setup ideal for meetings of more than four participants or longer collaborative discussions
The double-wide formation not only offered additional room but can also be arranged back-to-back to create a seamless, accessible meeting hub from both sides—an efficient use of space that attendees appreciated.
