NVIDIA GTC continued its rapid growth in 2026, drawing more than 30,000 attendees to the San Jose Convention Center. With increased scale came the need for additional flexible meeting space throughout the venue and surrounding hotel areas.
To meet that demand, 22 NOOK Event Pods® were strategically placed across the convention center lobby and key nearby hotel entrances. This distributed placement helped ease congestion in high-traffic zones while providing attendees with convenient, semi-private spaces for meetings, partner discussions, and quick breaks between sessions.
The activation was produced in collaboration with Jack Morton Worldwide, with logistical and on-site support from T3 Expo. Together, the teams ensured smooth deployment and real-time adjustments to optimize flow throughout the multi-day show.
The result was a more functional and comfortable environment that improved attendee experience while supporting the continued expansion of GTC as a leading global technology event.
