Each year, IMEX America brings the global meetings and events community together for one of the most anticipated industry gatherings—and 2025 at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas was no exception. As the largest event for event organizers worldwide, IMEX is the ultimate showcase of innovation, design, and collaboration in the events world.
For The Deondo Company, it was another exciting opportunity to see NOOK Event Pods in action across multiple activations—each one highlighting the pods’ incredible versatility and value for event producers.
Multiple Activations, One Purpose: Meaningful Connection
This year’s NOOK Event Pods were featured in several key areas across the show floor, including:
- A Charging Lounge, where attendees could recharge themselves and their devices in comfort.
- The Hosted Buyer Lounge, offering semi-private meeting space for focused discussions.
- A Career Coaching Pod, providing a calm, confidential environment for professional growth conversations.
Each use case demonstrated how easily the pods can adapt to a variety of event needs—from practical amenities to purposeful, human-centered spaces.
A Beautiful Collaboration: The Resilience Lounge
Perhaps the most inspiring example came from the Resilience Lounge, a special area designed in partnership with Hello! Destination Management and IMEX Show Management. This space offered a quiet, reflective zone where attendees could pause, relax, and recharge mentally amid the excitement of the show.
The inclusion of the NOOK Event Pods in this activation showcased how event producers can create inclusive, restorative spaces for attendees—no matter the size or budget of the event. It was a thoughtful, visually stunning representation of what’s possible when comfort and design come together with purpose.

Our very own Dan Donati and Maya Roffler were also on hand in The Deondo Company exhibit space, connecting with industry peers, sharing insights, and demonstrating how NOOK Event Pods continue to enhance the attendee experience across all types of events.
