Each year, the ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition brings together association leaders from across the country to exchange ideas, discover new destinations, and explore innovative solutions that shape the future of their organizations. This year in Los Angeles, CA, NOOK Event Pods once again played a unique role—providing a comfortable, flexible environment for coaching and impromptu meetings.
Coaching in Comfort
Six NOOK Pods were featured on-site, serving primarily as a coaching zone and supplemental meeting space for attendees, branded with tabletop QR codes linked to more resources for attendees.
The ASAE Annual Meeting is all about learning and connection, and NOOK Pods reinforced that mission by giving attendees:
- Dedicated Coaching Space: Perfect for personal conversations and small-group mentoring.
- Flexibility & Accessibility: Moveable pods that fit seamlessly into the flow of the expo hall.
- Minimal Disruption: No major build-outs required, yet they provided a professional and welcoming environment.
Partnering with Hargrove
The General Service Contractor, Hargrove, supported installation and logistics, ensuring the pods were ready to serve as an extension of ASAE’s commitment to creating networking-friendly spaces. Their expertise kept the setup smooth and efficient in a busy convention setting.
Giving Back: Supporting ASAE’s Mission
Beyond the pods themselves, our team was proud to support ASAE in another way—by contributing to the ASAE Foundation Scholarship Fund through Lynda Patterson, a longtime industry leader and a familiar face at ASAE events. (Fun fact: Lynda was also last year’s pickleball champion, a title she earned while connecting with David from our team at the 2024 Annual Meeting.)
