Designed to provide attendees with convenient, comfortable places to connect, the pods gave participants the opportunity to hold impromptu meetings without ever leaving the show floor. Instead of searching for open seating or retreating to hotel common areas, attendees had quiet spaces readily available to continue conversations, catch up on work, and maximize their time onsite.
