Some events are designed to do more than educate—they are designed to inspire what comes next. Maritz Elevate 2026 delivered exactly that.
Bringing together clients, supplier partners, and select Maritz team members, Elevate created a fully immersive environment where attendees could learn, debate, collaborate, and design experiences not just for the future—but for what event experiences should look like today.
Through an incredible partnership with Heritage and the team at Hello! Destination Management, the NOOK Event Pods® became part of one of the event’s most memorable activations: a beautifully curated Resilience Space.
Thoughtfully designed by the Hello! team, the space demonstrated that attendee comfort and wellness can become an intentional part of event design—not simply an afterthought. The NOOK Event Pods® created inviting areas where attendees could step away from the pace of programming, have meaningful conversations, recharge, or simply enjoy a quieter moment in a busy event environment.
The activation highlighted several important trends shaping modern events:
- Creating intentional spaces for attendee wellness
- Supporting focused conversation and connection
- Extending event value through sponsor opportunities
- Designing environments that are both functional and memorable
Resilience spaces continue to emerge as one of the most impactful ways to support attendees while creating meaningful branded experiences. The combination of thoughtful design, quiet comfort, and purposeful placement created a standout activation that attendees truly embraced.
This event was also a reminder of the power of partnership. We are grateful to our friends at Heritage and Hello! for continuing to push the industry forward and showcasing how event planners can elevate attendee experience while opening the door to new sponsorship opportunities.
