The Insured Retirement Institute (IRI) opened its 2026 Annual Conference with a major milestone—welcoming a fifth consecutive year of record-breaking attendance as more than 950 industry leaders gathered for one of the retirement sector’s premier events.
With growing attendance comes growing demand for functional, comfortable meeting space, and this year marked the second appearance of NOOK Event Pods® at the conference.
Integrated throughout the event with simple, clean branding, the pods provided attendees with much-needed quiet space to hold conversations, catch up on work, or recharge between sessions. The setup proved that creating impactful attendee experiences does not require complicated builds or oversized budgets. With minimal branding elements, the event team was able to create a polished, budget-friendly activation that blended naturally into the conference environment.
