The Final Mile Forum 2026, hosted by the Customized Logistics and Delivery Association (CLDA), brought industry leaders together in Austin to explore innovation and strategy in the world of logistics and delivery. This year, the event added an extra layer of functionality and comfort with the inclusion of NOOK Event Pods®.

Designed to facilitate quiet meetings in a busy conference environment, the pods provided attendees with a much-needed space to step away from the main programming and hold focused conversations. Whether discussing partnerships, operations, or future growth strategies, participants appreciated having an accessible, sound-dampened environment right within the event footprint.

In addition to serving as private meeting areas, the NOOK Event Pods® doubled as a podcast station, giving organizers and sponsors a professional, contained space to record content onsite. This dual-purpose approach maximized the value of the footprint—supporting both real-time networking and long-term content creation.

Sponsors leveraged the pods as an opportunity to stand out in a meaningful way. By aligning their brand with comfort, productivity, and thought leadership, they positioned themselves as champions of better meeting experiences on the show floor. Rather than traditional signage alone, they became associated with a service attendees actively used and appreciated.

Final Mile Forum 2026 demonstrated how versatile mobile meeting spaces can elevate events—not only by providing quiet space, but by enabling deeper conversations and amplifying voices through podcasting and media engagement.
