The Meeting Professionals International (MPI) World Education Congress (WEC) is one of the industry’s premier events, bringing together meeting and event professionals from around the world to learn, network, and shape the future of live events. As always, MPI WEC 2026 delivered an exceptional experience—and The Deondo Company was proud to once again be part of it.
Since 2021, NOOK Event Pods® have played an important role in the conference’s Career Collective, providing quiet, comfortable spaces where attendees can meet one-on-one with career coaches, discuss professional development, and explore new opportunities within the events industry.
This year’s setup was one of our favorites yet.
Positioned in an area filled with beautiful natural light, each NOOK Event Pod® featured the name of an individual career coach, making it easy for attendees to find their scheduled sessions while creating an organized, welcoming environment. The thoughtful layout transformed the Career Collective into a destination where meaningful conversations could happen without the distractions of the busy convention floor.
