A few times each year, the team at Freeman opens the doors of their headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, to host Freeman Inside Live—a curated event designed to bring clients together for inspiration, innovation, and connection. Thanks to our ongoing partnership and the close proximity of the Deondo warehouse, NOOK Event Pods® once again played a unique role in shaping the attendee experience.
For this event, Deondo provided a small number of NOOK Event Pods® for extended use within the office environment. This longer-term placement allowed the pods to be fully customized and branded for special guest activations, transforming them into a standout feature of the event.
One such activation included a memorable experience with Ariana from Lip Messages https://lipmessages.com/ , who offered lip print readings inside a beautifully branded pod. The result was a creative, intimate setting that drew attendees in and showcased just how versatile the NOOK Event Pods® can be—not only for meetings and focus work, but also for experiential moments that spark curiosity and conversation.
