A Welcomed Return: NOOK Event Pods® at TD SYNNEX PartnerLink

After some time away, it was a pleasure to reconnect with the incredible team at TD SYNNEX for their PartnerLink Conference at the Gaylord Texan. This year’s event included a unique request: adding doors to the NOOK Event Pods® to create a greater sense of visual privacy for attendees.

While doors can occasionally enhance the look of a space, they often introduce more challenges than benefits—something this event gently reaffirmed. Many planners are surprised to learn that the NOOK Event Pods® are engineered with sound abatement features built in, making doors unnecessary unless visual privacy is the primary objective. In this case, the added doors became more of a hindrance than a help, reinforcing our guidance that the pods function best in their original, open design.
