Hilton San Francisco Union Square | San Francisco, CA | May 18–20, 2026

The IATA CNS Partnership Conference 2026 brought together more than 700 air cargo and travel industry executives in San Francisco for several days of education, collaboration, and conversations focused on the future of the industry.

Centered around themes including future supply chain innovation, AI-driven transformation, and advancing global connectivity, the conference created an environment designed to move ideas forward—and thoughtful event design played an important role in supporting those conversations.

With the support and expertise of the team at TAG, the NOOK Event Pods® were introduced to help transform a traditional ballroom setup into something more dynamic: an environment where meaningful conversations could happen in comfort and style.

Rather than relying solely on open seating areas, the pods created intentional places for attendees to step into more focused discussions, continue conversations started in sessions, catch up on work, or simply find a quieter moment during a busy event schedule.

The addition of portable meeting space helped deliver:

  • Comfortable networking environments
  • Flexible meeting areas without dedicated room builds
  • Improved attendee flow throughout the venue
  • More opportunities for meaningful connection

Events continue to evolve beyond presentations and panels, and creating spaces that support real interaction has become an important part of the attendee experience.

The setting certainly didn’t hurt either. The Hilton San Francisco Union Square provided an outstanding venue experience with exceptional service in the heart of the city, making it an ideal backdrop for this important industry gathering.
